Tackling Imposter SyndromeÂ
Wednesday 17th September 10:30am-1:00pm DMC01
Â
Have you ever felt like you are not good enough? Have you ever noticed yourself holding back from opportunities because you are not ready yet; or silencing yourself rather than share your voice? If so, this workshop is for you.
Â
This session will be presented by Amanda Cookson, a professional coach with a specialism in tackling imposter syndrome. She’s very open about her own struggles with imposter feelings, a journey which led her to become a certified Inner Success Coach (Dr Tara Halliday’s flagship programme for eliminating imposter syndrome in senior leaders).
Â
During our interactive workshop Amanda will help you discover what imposter syndrome really is, identify what your imposter behaviours are and what triggers them. Armed with this knowledge Amanda will help you build your personal support plan, this will include 3 things clinically proven to reduce your imposter behaviours.
Â
All attendees will receive an after event support pack based on the workshop content and a link to the assessment that tests for imposter syndrome. As usual the event includes a light lunch.
Â
Guests are invited to use the Co-Working space in DMC 02 before and after the event. (8:30-16:30).
